Meet Dr. Rife

Dr. Deanne M. Rife, D.M.D. is the newest addition to The Smile Centre’s team of doctors.  Dr. Rife especially enjoys general, advanced cosmetic, neuromuscular and implant dentistry.  An easy-going and fun-loving person, she cares about your needs as an individual and believes in providing you with optimal dental treatment.  

Dr. Rife is a native of Southern California where she graduated from Mission Viejo High School and later attended San Diego State University.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of West Florida and earned her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Florida in 1991.  Dr. Rife had her own private practice in Winter Park, Florida, for ten years before moving to Sarasota in 2010.

Dr. Rife loves learning and has extensive post-graduate education at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).  She is currently participating in a year-long series of implant and bone grafting oral surgery courses with the highly acclaimed Misch International Implant Institute.

When Dr. Rife is not fixing smiles, she enjoys reading, tennis, golf, jogging, walks on the beach, wine tastings, theatre, and travel.  She loves exercise and training for mini-triathlons.  And, of course, she adores spending time with her daughter, Heather, her son-in-law, Adam, and her two fabulous grandchildren, Aidan and Elodie.
